Why is Employee Development Coaching essential?
Employee Coaching creates employees with a strong work ethic. RLC offers training in Responsibility, Initiative, Commitment, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Respect, and many more. It’s too difficult to find employees with a strong work ethic in today’s workforce. We have to develop it on the job. The good news is, it is possible. The training has been effective in teaching a strong work ethic to everyone from students to welfare recipients; from supervisors to addicts in recovery. The fundamental principles involved are so transformative to those that learn them that it not only changes their performance at work, but changes their life!

In that meeting, I’ll ask you a series of questions that will help me identify if your employees are candidates for Employee Development. The purpose of the meeting is to learn what your expectations are, how we will measure if we are successful, and discuss costs and timeframes.
Clients may pay an hourly fee on an as-needed basis, or put me on a retainer for coaching over time.
